It is not an approved list, just a starting point, so it is essential you do your own research and ensure your trainer has relevant qualifications and experience. We also recommend you only use trainers who work with force free, positive reinforcement training techniques

If your dog has behavioural issues, the RSPCA and the Dogs Trust recommend you see your vet first to rule out physical causes, and who may then refer you to a qualified behaviorist.

Many of the trainers below also offer training classes for puppies. Some local companies who offer group classes only are listed below.
